Already about 1 week thinking what is better xbox360 or PS3 and do you really need to spend your money on staff like that ?
It will be interesting to know your opinion

1. xbox360 = 1
2. PS3 = 4

3. dont waste your money =

At the moment would have to say 360 because of the lack of high quality games. This is really starting to change now though, GTA4 Granturismo 5 and most new releases will be on both formats.
Plus you get bluray player with a ps3 and now that HD DVD has been dropped the 360 will need another addon to play the newer movie discs.
I have to say ps3 though i just committed to a new 18month phone contract to get 1 free.

Oh yeah i forgot Microsoft can go suck a doorknob if they think they're getting my money, crap software and even worse hardware. 360 has about 12% failure rate i read somewhere, Wii and ps3 3% or 4%

Personally I've sort of given up with consoles for the time being. Nothing all that original about the releases.

If I had to get one or the other, I'd probably get a PS3. Not because I think it's more powerful or has a better variety of games, because IMO its a case of been there done that, or they are cross-platform. It's because I object paying for a game service just to play online. PC's have been doing it for practically free all these years, and then the worlds 5th largest corporation asks you to pay just to get online

I have a 360 and not a ps3 but I would still say get a ps3. In the end it's all down towards what games you prefer though. The way i look at it there is a big overlap between the 360 and the pc game wise. The ps3 has more unique japanese stuff coming out plus it doesn't break as easily as the 360 and it's online is free. The thing that is putting me off about the ps3 is that it only works at 50hz on sdtv's but if you have an hdtv that doesn't matter.

I'd say PS3 because:
1.I have it.
2.Everyone I know and has a xbox 360 has broken it least once.
3.Blu-ray has won the HD movie war.
4.Playstation is a classic console trademark.
5.Free online.
6.It's more stylish than 360 (Least I think so).

i say ps3 aswell as i have one, and everyone i know who has a 360 has had loads of problems with them, they are prone to breaking. the ps3 is a very powerfull machine and very realiable, i have had the ps1, ps2 and now ps3 and i have never had them break.

Thanks for the advices, yeah i was also thinking about ps3 and i think i will get it todays , the only thing which was stoping me is becausef of the huge ammount of games on xbox

go to Dialaphone pick a new phone and get one for free!!!

Getting a new sony ericsson k810, ps3 40gig and 600 mins 500 texts free for £35 a month (18 month) just have to wait 20 days for the ps3. plus you can swap your old number over. (if you change network)

I realise i'm paying for it somewhere but a new phone and a ps3 can't be bad surely?
