I had come to a town, no idea which one, but it had lots of factories in the outskirts of it and lots of tall buildings and a church in the middle. I was going through lots of factories only to find lots of ammo to weapons I didn't have when I heard a gunshot somewhere nearby. This made me want to go deeper into the town to see what was going on. I started my very cautious and slow approach towards the tall buildings, hearing a gunshot about every two minutes which kept me on my toes.
I had just got into a big building and going through all the loot piles when I heard the church bells ring. It was a loud noise which went on for about 10 seconds. I knew someone was in the church, probably trying to lure survivors into a trap so I decided I would try to outsmart them.
I climbed onto a roof of a building which had a good vantage point over an open park close to the church. I observed the scene for a while and then decided to throw a smoke grenade to see what would happen.
As I was looking around the park with my binoculars, engaged in a discussion on Mumble about using doors as murder weapons in real life, I suddenly heard a loud bang right behind me and I collapsed on the ground dead. I only got a glimpse of the feet of the person standing behind me before I blacked out. He must have climbed up to the roof while I wasn't concentrating and used the opportunity to kill me.

I just spawned in game to find my ktted out charecter in the middle of the ocean due to the debug bug. I can see land but i'll die of thrist long before i make it, and i'd have lost everything i had on me to the sea even if i did make it. I'll be better off respawning.

I havnt really been playing since it went from 1.7.1 to 1.7.4 in the space of a few hours, my game is now really unstable as a result.
In the few hours iv'e put in over the last week or so, the zombie AI has become a brutal menace, from 1 bar sight when crouchwalking through a feild to a constant 3 bars is a bit too much imo, i'm lucky cause i still have a charecter thats tooled up prior to the spawn without anything update so i am able to defend myself when things go south. I don't even want to imagine what it'd be like without a weapon now.
