Thanks Kifter. I am glad for them, it really does deserve the success. I haven't played such a fun and interesting game for a longtime.

Also glad that the sales look good on PC as well. I had seen huge figures for the consoles, but was my usual worried self with the PC copy world.

Also, not at all worried about more of the same as long as the standard stays, it is such an interesting world.

I like how the metric of success is whether or not there is likely to be a sequel. "We'll be making BioCreed (AssassinShock?) until we have to create a new ip in our gamescollider!". Flippancy aside Dishonored was prty good, although I was somewhat troubled when I realised I'd been through half the game without using half the powers and most of the weapons because I'd been reminded on every other loading screen that killing people was baaaaaad. or something.

Then again I had the same problem in Hitman Bloodmoney. Aint much use for drum magazine fed assault rifle when you're going for silent assassin but I still wish they'd made a Bloodmoney2 instead of this new Absolution thing. Similarly why couldn't that Dungeons game have just ripped off Bullfrog studios and made DK3? Thats what everybody wanted

ps. I caught myself cursing steam for reducing the price on the witcher2 even further just after i'd bought it for a tenner...MY LIFE IS SO HARD.
