thought it might be nice to share our stats.
this could be a chance to stand out if you think your pritty good, or just for a laugh.

its also a good way to see everyones player strengths.

5 years of CS has kind of got me sick of snipers, even tho i can still use them pritty well.

i like to be IN the action on tf2, not watching it via a scope.

Snipers are also easy targets for spies.

Since the thread is called stats, i just wanted to ask if there is a way to look into a more detailled version of your overall stats, like how many people you exactly killed as scout/demo, how many points you healed over your whole playtime, not just a round's best or your record on a server... if you know what I mean

If you go to:

C:\program files\steam\steamapps\<yourusername>\team fortress 2\tf

There's a file called "tf2_playerstats.dmx"

If you open that in notepad there's loads of really detailed stats in there.

I had a look in there to see how far I have to go to get one of the new medic achievements (heal 10,000,000). Over halfway there.

Ive got 5 and a bit million Jason has 12 million and twice as much time so by my calulations i should have it when i get to about 300 hours

I've got a bit more than two millions so far with 45 hours as Medic, so I'd need about two hundred hours of playtime with him if I want to get this achievement.

You know the dispenser counts as a healer too. But I'm not sure whether it applies to this achievement.
