So I'm noticing a pattern having read some of these posts...

Having played on the server, I too decided it would be a nice place to make as one of my regular haunts.
After playing on here a while, I too was befriended by gimpster.
After adding him to my friends list, I too was cajoled by gimpster into signing up to the forums.

So I guess much like everyone else I shall say hello people (or the more traditional "lo ppl"), and introduce myself.

I'm a ...let's say 20+, unemployed cybernetics (sounds more impressive than it really is) graduate with a ton of spare time on my hands. Luckily my hands came upon (in a virtual sense) the lovely game that is tf2 and it was a magical moment of instant attraction. I played about 10 minutes of TFC, didn't have a clue of much of what was going on and got killed a lot. Was pretty sure the losses my team was suffering was due in part to my ignorance in the ways of killing the enemy, and so decided that I would go back to the comforting point-and-shoot experience that is CS. BUT NEVER AGAIN! For I have forsaken cs, and doubt I will ever be able to go back, as this wonderful pixel shaded, brilliantly designed, excellently balanced, compilation of code has pretty much sucked up all my computer gaming time (apart from the time needed to write this short essay).

In addition to writing verbose prose I also cook a lot (some might say I am fanatical about good food, thats probably cause they cant think of a more extreme word), drum a lot, and am currently attempting to find a method of employment that involves playing around with robots.

Anzyway, cya people round on the server.
