Yes that is true I got my new PC assebled today!
It has:
Intel Core Duo 2 Processor
Asus P5K Motherboard
Nvidia 8800GT
4 GT RAM

With this I'll never miss a backstab again because bad framerates!

Learn from me, even with a machine that should paly on full you can still get crap fps, i should be able to paly on all highs, perfectly fine, but i paly on all lows dx8 with horrible lag :x

It's similar to the one I have, mine's only slightly better and I run at max setting with no lag :)

Tested it today. Full settings and no lag at all. The graphics look really sharper and smooth now. Im really happy that I bough this. :D
