The latest bit of this ever going on sarga that is Bt...

I went checked bt website to see what speeds tehy say i can get... according to the websites its 512kb/s... So explain to how till about a week ago i was getting 3mb?

Having massive static on my phoneline aswell, there is clearly a fault on my line or being capped/both.

So i sent a lets say, nicely written email to bt complain' yet again about the above problem, basicly saying fix it or im goign else were, were tbh i can get a better deal then im paying atm.

I shall keep this ever lastign sarga upto date ofcourse, but my current views, if anyone was thinking of changing ISP to BT... DON'T! all they given me the last week is a headache and a broken phone

BT ADMITED A FAULT ON THE LINE!



Finerly! After hrs of phone calls and emails they have admited that there is a fault on my line!

I shall have a bt engi contact me within 48hrs to come look at my line that is suited to me.

I still might tell BT to shove it due to the hell i been through to try get this fixed, but thats a diffrent matter, don't lose faith people if you keep on at someone enough they will finerly give up and admit there at fault!

The fact i asked for money back and my MAC code kinda helped aswell i think

Another day, another load of BS from BT

After spending another 2hrs on the phone to BT, having people hang up on me 4 times! I finerly got them to admit a problem, tehy belive i may have a broken box of some sort and have a engi coming on friday to have a look/fix it

Soon i shall be back and killing again, without dieing due to stupid bloody lag spikes, and real download speeds

This afternoon after a phone from BT telling me ther doing full tests on my line, my speed has magicly zoomed right up again to 1.5mb, ok it aint what i had but i happy with that for now, still got the engi coming but i be sure to have the flamethrower and gimp suite on
