I recently change my launch options for TF2 and I have noticed recently my computer's performance has dipped quite a lot. Just wondering if anyone can tell me the default launch option, I want my crappy computer to be less crappy again
I can't remember the command, but if you delete all your cfg files the game creates new, default ones.
I have a config that boosts fps quite a lot on my old system. It does strip the visuals down a bit though. I can pm you it if you like.

"-autoconfig" sets everything graphic back to its default value. Just remember to remove it after you use it once, or the next time you start TF2 it will happen again.
