Every PC I have seen from them comes out of the box slow, bogged down with rubbish and usually break just outside of warranty period. Come with shoddy parts that barely does the job and are specced as low as possible for what they are.

I'll show my parents your post to try and convince them not to go to PC World. Also, those specs look good. Can anyone tell me if those are as good as the other one I linked to? I think the budget is around £600.
Now I havent bought a machine from them, but this lot are locally based to me and I have acquired some components from them. The customer service is great.
I've asked a couple of people. One person said that this one is good, and I should get it, and the second person said that I should stick with buying the PC I was looking at originally.
