Here's a great little tool that I use to clear out all of my system hogging crap. It can optimise you registry too (be sure to use the backup option) and it's free!
Cleans the following: Internet Explorer Cache, History, Cookies, Index.dat. Recycle Bin, Temporary files and Log files. Recently opened URLs and files. Third-party application temp files and recent file lists (MRUs). Including: Firefox, Opera, Media Player, eMule, Kazaa, Google Toolbar, Netscape, Office XP, Nero, Adobe Acrobat, WinRAR, WinAce, WinZip and more... Advanced Registry scanner and cleaner to remove unused and old entries. Including File Extensions, ActiveX Controls, ClassIDs, ProgIDs, Uninstallers, Shared DLLs, Fonts, Help Files, Application Paths, Icons, Invalid Shortcuts and more... Backup for registry clean. Windows Startup tool.
On my first run it cleared out nearly 1Gb of stuff! Post your results.
TIP: Before you run it, go into options/cookies to save any cookies you need or you will find yourself having to log back in to your forums etc.

well you know havent really cleaned out this pc for about 1 year, im lazy, anywho just cleaned alot more crap like music i dont listen to anymore, games i never play etc etc and turned out i just got 20 more gigs free from both of my hard drivers
