Ok, I just purchased a couple of these off play.com for £35 as I was getting fed up with my wireless dropping its connection. Has anyone had any experience using this type of connectivity? Are they any good? easy to setup etc.. ? |

I use them in my house. They are very good, no problems at all with them and they are plug n play! |

Basically its an ethernet adapter that uses your home power lines to distribute the network information. You can get wireless ones too. |

connection quality is highly dependent on the quality of the wires and wiring in your house |

Ok thanks for the advice, the ones I am getting are 85mbs ones so hopefully that should be enough for what I need. |

Ok, I just got these and I am well impressed , they worked straight out of the box and no configuration required. Getting 74mbs through my house which is a victorian terrace which probably has really old wiring. |

glad it works well for you its normally complex wireing that makes them loose alot of reception. for office use just forget it |
