For an AGP card, yes. But really if you're still on AGP it's time for an all new system.

Hey eraser, if you have a PCIe 2 slot, it's very unlikely (I'd say impossible but there's always some smartarse.....!) that there's an AGP slot on there as well.
If you do have a PCIe slot then the equivalent 4670 for PCIe ought to be cheaper anyway due to production volumes.
