So, I looked a bit around in my LAN setup, cause I have a bad ping lately and found out that my pc sends about 1million kbytes and receives 4milion kbytes when I shut down all my internet stuff.
On my Bro's PC its about 10times that.
We both ran Spybot and Avast, but didn't see any viruses etc.
So my question is, is my pc flooding, and if so what to do about it ?

Someone stealing your wifi connection or something? That's my first thought if you are sure you have discounted all spyware/malware/virii.

Can't be stolen wifi as that wouldn't report on a network adaptor.

Don't got wifi, so that can't be it.

you have a wireless router that you connect using a cable or strait into the modem?
