hi,

anyone familier with cubase know of any good vsts for making 8/16bit tunes?

looking for some synth/s to provide the real oldschool blips and blops as i'm failing badly to capture the sound using saws/sines on more advanced vsts


failing that anyone know of a good wav. source for these kind of samples? (bit cautious of viruses to start downloading samples off random sites)

awesome i will check them out, there are just 1000s of vsts for everything gets a bit over-welming. can be a real effort to find something decent.

Some neat ones on that 2nd site Frog.

There are a few bitcrushing plugins too, you can get some good sounds out of them. Give this one a try.
