Really short on time atm, and I know you want to buy in Germany so im a bit stuck for linking you to specific bits :). Seeing as its mainly for work then go for a quad core not a dual core. The i3's do better in source games due to high clock speed compared to the i5 750, but overall you'll be better off with a proper quad core.

i5 750 cpu (Make sure you buy a retail box one and not "oem" so you get 3yrs warranty instead of 1yr). (Approx £150)

Gigabyte H55M-UD2H or P55-UD3 motherboard (Approx £70-£85)

2 x 2GB G.Skill Eco CL7 or 2 x 2GB OCZ Reaper 12800C6. You may struggle with the ocz memory heatsinks hitting the cpu cooler so preferably get the G.Skill kit. This kit comes in both CL7 and CL9 versions - GET THE CL7 VERSION. (Approx £90-100)

Hard disk - Stick with what you already have for now.

DVDRW - Again use your current one.

Case - Coolermaster 330 and Xigmatek Asgard are both great for the money. (approx £30)

Power Supply - dont know what you can get hold of there. Stick to Corsair, OCZ, Seasonic to stay on the safe side. 600 Watts minimum. Dont spend less than 75 euros, 90 if modular cables (unused cables can be unplugged from the psu and stored instead of being left in the case, bling and convenience at a cost). (Approx £65)

Total so far £405 leaving you a decent wedge for your gfx card. You know my personal view - I reckon youll do just fine with a 4870 or 4890 1gb and you can pick them up for £95. That'd leave you £70 to spend wherever you want - big heatsink, 2tb hdd, upgraded motherboard, yadda yadda.

I just dont like the choices around for graphics at the moment. There's a massive hole in the range between £100 and £250 where nothing is worth buying. 2 x 4870 or 4890 is as fast or faster than a 5870 and costs less than £200. Likewise for Nvidia 2 x gts250 1gb slaughters everything up to a gtx470 for under £180.

4890, it is faster but doesnt have dx11 (not really a big issue). Does run slightly hotter than the 5xxx series but will be fine in a decent case.
