Hey, so since a couple of days my PSU is doing some weird noise, I'm pretty sure it's coming from the fan. I thought bout cleaning it but after browsing the internet for a bit, I decided not to do it, because I would probably destroy it. Then I thought I'd follow Bedizens usual advice and hit it with a stick and it turned quiet. So what do I do now ? I don't think punching my computer is the best way to make it quiet.

nah i had similar prob the fan on my gfx card had come slightly loose, just clipped it back in and hey presto not noisy (problem discovered whilst fitting my newly purchased gfx card after getting sick of the noise )
doubt yours will be that simple but wrth a look yar
