Are you buying it for the brand or you can't live without a notebook and are interested because it is a durable notebook? (Though a fairly overpriced one)
Paco Rodrigez: yeh, most peple just roll over and receve cocking |H|H| Bolt: I did like that a lot at the time Paco Rodrigez: same, im licky tho, all i do is give my mum the scent and she's on it like a bloodhound |H|H| Bolt: I was talking about recieving cocking
definitely the pro, assuming you will be using this for making music (what else?)
the extra processing power will serve you well, and even the lower end spec model is suffice. also the reported heating issues of the air could cause a problem if you plan on recording instruments live, and/or running a bunch of synths and stuff at the same time. its woth noting that you still might experience some input lag, but far less so that an equivalent set up using windows. the biggest downside is the glossy screen, might sound irrelevant but when your trying to rock out with your guitar its useful to be able to glance at the screen and see whats going on, so reflection issues might be something to consider.
all in all though i would say the pro looks like a really good (but not necessarily affordable) portable studio, granted you have cubase and a few decent vsts in tow
