Well, recently I am not really able to play TF2 properly, lot of choke, lag and stuff, tried different connections, powerlan and wifi, no change.

BUT as I play TF2 my connection manager says that my upload is about 50kb/s and a download of 120 kb/s which seems a bit high.

Any ideas?

I'm pretty sure those rates are normal.

And no, they are not, TF2 tried to download an old replay in the background which caused most of the lag and issues. (connection still sucks though)
