I'd advise raising your rate value. I have mine set at 40000 per this post by K3D from last year.

K3D, you mentioned you now have your rate set at 50000. Has the server max value been increased?
Fluff, I'm still puzzled by the fact you get constant choke with default rates, and merely choke-spikes with 66,66. This is, if anything, the opposite of what I would expect. Perhaps someone with a greater understanding of Source networking has an answer.
