Anyone else getting this?

Basically after every map change i C2D with the hl2.exe has stopped working, been experiencing this the past week or so and it's been getting worse, happened every so often at the start but now it's near enough every map change.

done everything bar re-install atm. which i'm holding of doing cause it will take hours.

Have you tried deleting the team fortress 2 folder?

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\username\team fortress 2

This recently helped fix an on-launch crash problem for me, & it doesn't contain the game's gcf files, so it's pretty small and launching TF2 will force the folder to be rebuilt (should only take a matter of seconds).

Make sure you back-up your cfg (if you have any custom content) & maps folders.
