Holas,
wanted to get myself a new screen and don't really know where to start, because I hardly know anything about screens. It'll mainly be used for gaming and tv-related stuff.
I want to stay in the price range of about £150-£200.

I had a look around and found these three screens:

http://www.amazon.co.uk/Acer-S242HLAbid-inch-Widescreen-Monitor/dp/B0046H4TJQ/ref=cm_cr_pr_product_top

I know some of you really know their shit about tech-related stuff and especially screens, so I hope you can help me out.
Cheers. :)

I think you'd be a fool not to buy a 120hz monitor if you're a gamer in 2011.

BenQ XL2410t I sat between two people with these at a lan and it blew my mind how fluid movement on the screens were.
They're not all that expensive though; Viewsonic vx2268wm and AOC e2352Phz are within your budget.

120hz, anything else is a blurry mess. (had this discussion so many times with blind idiots saying they can't see a difference).

Quite a few of us have the vx2268wm which is only 1680x1050 so not too higher resolution to drive and is in the 16:10 aspect ratio. Mine has very little backlight bleed at my chosen brightness and copes well with watching film/tv in a dark room.

Sen has the 23" LG monitor although that is harder to find online these days.

You really are best just reading reviews of 120hz monitors and going for the one you like the sound of.

Alright, cheers for the info you two!
The vx2268wm isn't too expensive here and I think I'll go with that. :)
