Post Ram upgrade
Looking at upgrading my system's ram, currently have 3gb on my asus P6X58D-E and with all the video editing i do atm i just keep getting bogged down.

Im looking at getting replacing what i currently have and getting 8gb or 12gb, been looking at this kingston set

Kingston12GB 1600MHz DDR3 Non-ECC CL9 DIMM (not the hyperx version which comes up if you google it, just bog standard)

But i'd rather get something below the £80 mark if poss

any other suggesions? :? :)

That's triple channel right?

Any basic cl9 memory should be ok ~£60 (going for something more exotic would come down to overclocking potential really). I'm currently using G-Skill Ripjaws however with some of these sets you would have to check the height clearance as some of them are a bit tall..

Tripple channel is corect, the main issue is clearance for me, so im looking at average height.
