You may not need them anymore (required program uninstalled) but each one of them is different and other programs may require them in order to work correctly. So unless you have a 120 MB drive and you lack disk space you should keep them installed.
That's probably the reason why each game you install, installs C++ each time instead of asking you to download C++ from a site and every game using the same one.
The fact you can screw up a game install by cancelling the installation of C++, I'd say leave them be.
