Was wondering what you guys thought on this TF2 T-shirt design I was putting together, too much paint? Too little paint? Needs another element to it?

Ha, I never looked at it like that. Hopefully this one makes more sense.

Internet sarcasm fail I think the red guy and the red blood makes him a bit lost.

The composition with the demoman does not work because he is so small and is not really grounded anywhere in the picture.

yeah I was wondering if it would transpire clearly what's happening, I'll look for a way to add some sort of spacial awareness.

Perhaps some sort of isometric grid underneath and lines next to them with their measurements.

or alternatively some sky

Does the red really look like blood? It's meant to be just some splashed paint.

It looks like a job for Dexter Morgan. So yeah it does look like blood spatter.

The most recent one reminds me of a volcano erupting though.

Perhaps if you put swooshes like they were rocket/sticky jumping might give more of a sense of what is going on.

Depends what you are looking for in a T-Shirt really though. Who would be printing it?

Paint strokes look a little more directive now.

My 2 cents.

Personnally i think its too busy and conflicting makes it a bit jarring on my eyes to look at too long.

Id go with a lightish blue background, minimise the amount of blood and then do something so the soldier does not look like a cut and paste job. And as others have said the demo looks out of place, moreso cause he's facing the wrong way.


Ofc thats just my opinion
