I wanted to ask if it's possible to make an IRC Chat, where reports will sent directly to the IRC chat so admins sees it faster if someone is breaking rules. I saw it pretty well working on another server.

It's something that we used to have, but we don't use any more. There isn't a team of people idling in IRC to make it work.
We are a fairly tolerant community and generally only deal with repeat offenders, therefore this forum is sufficient.
