I can't see any dangers with doing that as long as it blocks out the eclipse.

Whoever organised this didn't really think it through.

Sam, you're good at events, perhaps you could sort out another one for next month and get it done properly.

Anyway, I've just got myself 10 of the buggers for £1.49, and I'll be able to look at them whenever I like.

Was cloudy, but managed to see it through the clouds anyway. 8-) It was about an 88% eclipse over here and it was probably the first time I managed to catch a glimpse of one.

I had welding goggles, you cazuuls.
