Not your real life name, your forum/Steam name. |

Random mix up... I needed a pseudo for Guild Wars. Illasera (BG2ToB) Tamara (name) Lamoura (City) LLamarse (Spanish Verb) At least it was original... but it seems this name actually exist in South America. |

It's taken me a lot of different names to get to this... First gamertag was just my favorite Game Company, favorite weather assosiated aswell, and my favorite letter: 'Z-Blizzard' or 'bliZZard' I wasn't satisfied as it lacked originality. Then I for a time used 2 different nicks 'Badud' or 'Can Allen'(a Danish tv character made of a onion with a smiled drawn upon on top of a can of either Lobster soup or catfood)... Still I didn't feel it was me also the one nick wass stolen. Then I for a long time used the nick 'Culft' because I had in a drunk state stolen a sign that said either Cult or Culf and I couldn't really tell Finally I came closer to my current name. As mentioned above my favorite game company was Blizzard and I've always been a fan of giant robots(Decepticons) therefore I made up the name 'Nagatron'(The Naga race from Warcraft 3 and ofc the decepticon ending -tron! also Tron is a cool movie) Finally I thought having Gaston as a family name MeGaston still sounded Decepticon-ish and I would pay "homage" to my family name I Still use Nagatron from time to time though. And often I use the nr. 47 as it has appeared randomly many times in my life(also I like this agent fellow) That is all - 'Tzar Khan Raja' is out |

I have always liked your name! More than a decepticon, it makes me think of this |

Rather than using my real name, my dad calls me Jim and that's just become my nickname and the bob well "Jim" didnt sound good enough for a ign so I added it. Not the most exiting story i know |

wait doesnt this thread exist already? http://www.thehh.co.uk/forum/viewtopic.php?f=32&t=1217&start=0&hilit=name+origin&sid=bb79140ae6b7b7feee5804af23e7ed55 my name came from my needing a new name and being lazy "meh" was too short at the time added "by" and mehby was born. I occasionally have to switch to mehbster or mehbie because games/sites require at least 6 characters |

I hate this game... --- I change my name on Steam every day to something random/funny. Why? Who knows. Officially I go by Ag47 nowadays as by the time I grew tired of having an unoriginal name, everyone was already calling me Agent. So I came up with a new recognizable form of the old name, whilst still having a nice meaning behind it: Ag47 happens to be the symbol and atomic number of the element silver. |
