Anyone of you got any experience with ? Or can recommend a good budget Arcade Stick? Don't really have the money lying around for a proper Mad Catz stick.
Cheers for the info
That's as "budget" as it gets, without buying total garbage (still better than something like this ).
It's pretty much the same thing DJ has lying around, except DJ's is for XBOX and also works for PC (I think it's this one, and that's also what I'd recommend personally, within this price-range).
Also Mayflash sticks are fairly well-received, if only because the case is good for modding/building your own. It's another cheap alternative, anyway.
No matter which of the cheaper ones you decide to go for, if you plan to rest the stick on your lap, you'll probably want to open it up and tape something heavy on the inside of the case (I think DJ opted for using rolls of coins), the sticks in question here are comparatively tiny and weigh next to nothing.
General rule, only xbox sticks work for PC, and there are exceptions. Better do some googling before buying, and remember, you get what you pay for. Plus, learn to solder..

MadCatz weren't exactly known for quality in the past, but the HORI sticks in that pricerange most likely aren't any better...I'd personally go for a stick that doesn't require an adapter, however. Monitor-lag and latency from online-play are enough of a burden as it is imo (but then I don't know if an adapter actually does cause a noticeable delay, but I could imagine why it would do).
