That isn't even funny, sim has like a 4-6 match up against the whole cast, the exception being dan, which still only is like 5.5-4.5. Most people have no clue how much work it takes to win just 1 round with sim- try it some time, it's crazy.
I'd like to add to that. Sagat vs. Dhalsim is generally considered an even matchup (5-5) because sim can counter/avoid sagat's tiger shots and then counter-poke him from range. A halfway decent sagat will catch sim's limbs with an early FA and score a knockdown. Now you get up, sagat is right in your face, and sim has no wake-up options at all, no easy way out. This is bad. Considering 2 blocked attacks from sagat amount to the same amount of damage as a lp (jab) you can probably imagine that you don't wanna get into, or stay in that situation. You will most likely take massive damage trying to get out. That whole scenario is based on the assumption that the sagat knows the match up- people online don't. You will get tons of sagats just jumping at you repeatedly, and because of the range of his jumping pokes, more often than not you will trade hits- but because dhalsim has substantially lower health and damage, even when trading Dhalsim still loses.
I made a short video demonstrating how much damage sim takes from some regular attacks by sagat- j.HP, c.MP xx ex.TU = 50% health lost. That is a very easy and mash-able combo (can barely call it a combo), so from that you can probably deduct that dhalsim has to play an almost perfect game to even have a shot at winning- and that's for a match up considered even!
So after all this explaining I hope you understand how that's just a retarded statement (no offense), even in jest.
P.S.: I'm not that biased, still maining rog

Akuma's Raging Tasmanian Devil ultra is pretty silly.
My main problem is that Denjin Hadouken looks fairly useless, whereas Ryu gets his own version of Ultra Shoryuken that seems no worse than Gouken's. There's already enough reasons to choose Ryu, you bastards.
Hooray, after 21 lost games I finally won against an Abel player who seemed to be in same level range as myself! (Well, online that is. At home I pwn faces from time to time.)
So happy, and all thanks to the second round where I was gonna do a crouched Tiger shot but somehow activated Tiger Destruction which was a surprise to both of us. Which made the game into a 3rd round, which I won.
Once again, yay! Ah the taste of beautifull SF victory, no other game have yet to give such sweet taste as in winning in SF
(No, Tekken and Soul Calibour are both button smash parade.)
