It looks nice but as the initial shock and awe of the thinness and sexiness wares off you'd have to be crazy to buy it. Its over priced and underpowered but I'm sure the hardcore mac fanboys will be queuing all night to buy one.

Wonder how many magnets its got in it.
Apple cannot make a computer with out less then 400 msgnets in it.

Funny You managed to be wrong on all accounts except the that the fanboys will be queuing to buy it.
Think the base model is £1200 though and £2000 for the SDD. SDD option will hopefully go drop in price rather quickly.
I'm just trying to pick holes in it for no particular reason other than I don't like Apple. Too smug as a company and their products are unreasonably expensive.

Well I disagree. It might be a lot of money but add the components, the software it is not expensive. Value for money.

I am not paying £800 for a 65GB SDD either
I wouldn't call £1000 for a 1.6 Ghz Core 2 Duo, 2GB DDR, 80GB 4200rpm HDD, NO OPTICAL DRIVE and a NON-REPLACEABLE BATTERY, cheap. Pretty expensive if you ask me. Compared to what other ultra-portable notebooks you can get for the same money or less.. e.g Dell XPS M1330 http://www.notebookreview.com/price/def ... riceDetail
