And let's be honest here, how often do we actually see naval warfare between aliens and humans? When do we see aliens having ships in seas in general? I mean, let's face it, when it comes to aliens in movies, they are 99% of the case in either land, space or air. Never any seabattles, which is a bit strange when you think about it.
And I've always liked robots and artificial machines along with spaceships, so I'm quite liking the design on the alien battleships.
