Is it available to buy in the 1976 edition (a classic) of the Argos Catalogue?

4) Is it common to your average person. A: It used to be.

7) Is it used for gardening? A: No

This is an interesting one, I keep thinking of things and they all could be made by an individual person (Q2). It seems like it has to be something that is man-made, as it's an old tool (Q5), but it's also something that requires more than 1 person to make it.(?)

If a group of people can make it, then an individual can make it, no matter it's size, weight or complexity there are techniques that allow 1 person to do anything.
