Considering that BRINK is no longer a popular game in the community, shouldn't the banner(s) be changed to not include that game? Instead add a HoN/DOTA2 character instead.
I reckon the banner(s) should reflect the major games in the community.

Personally I couldn't give a rat's arse about MOBA bollocks, and most people here still seem to be mostly into TF2 or Skyrim at the moment. If not that then Minecraft or BF3.

Skyrim isn't a community game though imo, it'll pass sooner or later. It's more like a flavor of the month game.
There's quite a lot of HoN/Dota players and I said it in every banner thread so far, HoN is probably the second most played game in this community, maybe third, don't really know how many people actively play Minecraft.
BF3 isn't really that big in this community I think, neither is Brink.

Brink never was. It lived for about a week. It now has less players than most indie games on Steam.
Compare that to the amount of people playing HoN/DotA, though.
The banner doesn't reflect the community to me, so I'm rather indifferent as to which games are on it (if any), but I guess it does to "outsiders" and people new to the community/forums.
The way I see it, the best options would be to remove the brink dude and rearrange the rest, keep it as is, or go back to simple heavy on bg.

Nobody really plays l4d anymore either, but i think having games the community has previously abused not such a bad idea really. Brink is poo tho it shudnt be in anyones banner anywhere!

I agree, actually. Since we're primarily a TF2 community this could allow more scope for more interesting banner designs because it's a more basic design brief. It would also not make anyone feel misrepresented, seeing as the community is based (and named) on TF2.
