10MPH, Get Lamp and other Geeky, Indie Doc.s
Am re-posting along with 10mph.... actually a real nice Doc about some guys taking a Sedgeway across the states.. (a little while old now)
In lecture format (but only the beginning) How Games actually grew out of Text Adventures and the life-style around them at the time. (All a little beyond my time (kinda) but I find it bloody interesting to see where we've all come from!
Double interesting for those of us with actual memories of Infocom and writing their own (crappy?) text adventures... but really alot more than that... for anyone properly interested in Games I guess... good luck, Get Lamp!

That's no real reason to delete this thread. I did watch the first 15 mins of the first video, but then I realized the topic was WAAAAY before my time.

Tbh it's just from when I started Gaming, if not a bit before (certainly beyond my abilities at the time!)
I guess it is just kinda interesting to see how our Mods and Admis have come about! (also the guy has some other good docs so I may change title and repost with links.. Thx Agent)
