agreed iRPAx... The supply and demand is out of the question here... I guess the point of having such bad pricing is purely evilness in this case. But i wouldn't take out all the blame off the player base. The truth is that if they can't keep with high prices is because they can still sell their games.

If there was some kind of drop in the demand we might see some in the supply even if online it's not a matter of stock. Now I can't say if this change in the supply would be for better of worse.

Or it could be...yknow...making money.....which is the sole purpose of a business in the first place.
Yes there's things like how to sell your product but if EA are going to sell their games at these prices then they're doing it for money.

People who yell "you just want my money" at companies just plain baffle me. I mean really, no shit.

I have just installed Origin (for the very first time) and I have been sick in my mouth. Quite a bit...

No not Sim City Swampy (yet), ME3 was cheap, so I took the devil's path.

I shall get Sim City eventually, but not till its reduced. EA are not having that much of my money.

Im still confused though it seems like what your saying is that you hate ea so much, but will install their platform?

Ea have been making great games for years. Its not their fault a vast majority of the people that pay for their games also download and pirate them.

This is not directed at you at all stinger, But most of the people that complain about origin/high prices/server connection to play. Are people that will pirate/crack the game anyway. I am no stranger to pirating a lot of the games i play but i am also not blind to the consequences.

My gripe is not with Origin exactly, but the fact that it is required to play some games now. I simply have chosen my medium of buying games as Steam and don't see why they can't work it out and let me buy EAs stuff from there. I know they have a problem with Steam and want a piece of the pie, but they need to get over it (This may apply to Steam as much as Origin, I don't know, I don't have the time or inclination to follow all the politics).

Hopefully I have wrote enough on here over the years to make it quite clear that I don't go near pirating games. All EA have done by making ME3 only on Origin is make me wait to play the game for a long time and them to make less money from me buying it.

If Sim City was on Steam, I would already own it.

Maybe the above can appear confusing, but its how I feel. I had hoped that something could have happened by now and I could have bought ME3 from Steam.
