Post windows 8!
Okey, here it is!

I have bougth a new laptop, with win 8 64 bit already installed.

Then I want to upgrade from a HDD to an SSD.

How can I get my win 8 from the HDD to the SSD?

Is there anywhere I can download an iso file like you do when you just upgrade from win 7 to win 8?

Is there anywhere I can find a recovery folder or something like that?

There was no DVD with the laptop.

I have been reading all over the internet for this.

If the laptop is new, I don't think you can just mess with the hard drives like that. I think you need to go to the shop where you bought it and tell them that you want to add SSD to it. If you'll do it by yourself, you might lose your warranty. I'm not 100% sure, but that might happen.

The partition is usually hidden and you will need some external software to mark it as visible.

What make/model laptop is it? Some laptops come with a back operating system files up to USB stick / DVD.

If not there are alternative ways to access the pre-install image and create a bootable reinstall disk.

when first logging on to your new laptop, you are usually prompted to make a BACKUP disk. That disk contains the complete system (WIN8) in the factory state. That means you lose any personalisation and documents of all sorts - but it also means that once you've created and verified that disk (or disks), you can replace the HD with an SSD and run the disk. At least in theory that should work.

here's a couple of guides that use CLONING rather than backup disk:

http://www.computershopper.com/laptops/ ... tate-drive

http://www.pcadvisor.co.uk/how-to/lapto ... -ssd/?pn=1

your SSD might have an application that will help you clone the disk (check the box it came in for a cd). If not, go to the manufacturer's website; it will probably be available there too.
