If you referring to the fact that he COULD have just bought tf2 with no orange box but who in their right mind would do that, seeing as you get portal AND ep2 and any of the other hl2 stuff you didnt have before.


I think he's refering to the fact that CSS is currently in beta being ported to the orange box engine :P
£10 for css sound steep to me, not sure how much i bought it for all those years ago but i'm sure it wasn't much more.

Shatter is a glossy modern day Breakout clone that is going cheap and cheerful for another 40 mins or so at £1.75.

Looks to be worth small outlay if your kind of game, and has the added bonus of Steam leaderboards which are actually implemented in-game for you to beat!

Saints Row 2 is great fun in coop mode. However the game is very poorly optimised and stutters all over the place when driving.

Bought Saints Row 2, optimisation isnt terrible, just in some scenes it will cut down to about 10fps and recover a bit later.

Fun game though

yeh i way more fun playing saints row 2 than i did on gta. the unreasonably low fps got on my tits at the start but i got over it and rly enjoyed the rest of the game. also way better with a controller imo. and just over £2 its an absolute steal. not played it co op tho, ill have to reinstall and have a run about

Can't beat a huge fat man with a goatee, summer dress and sun hat kicking ass with flying kicks etc. Yes some of the characters you can make truely deserve eye bleach lol. Made a red haired spiked dude in a luminous green mankini too... :lol:
