Sadly I already own all the interesting stuff, but Metro 2033 for ~12 $ isnt a bad idea. |

It seems the $5 fee is for them to 'back-up' your paid for game, for up to two years. You can opt not to pay it, but then you can't download the game again. Maybe I've been spoiled by Valve, but that seems a bit underhand to me. |
