All the N4S titles you listed are pretty rubbish. Shift / Shift2 / Hot Pursuit are the only recent ones that are any good.

If I was to pick a racer on that list it would be Burnout Paradise.

Yeh burnout gets a decent metacritic score and its £14.99 on steam.
