I've been following THQ news like a hawk recently because they are practically on the verge of no longer existing. If they get Company of Heroes 2 and Metro last light out the door then they'll possibly save themselves which i hope they do. I'm not gonna lie i want those 2 games but i also don't want yet another developer and or Publisher to go down the swanny, especially this close to Christmas.

With that in mind, this humble bundle idea does boggle the mind a bit (think last chance saloon). Great news for gamers and Charities though.

Yeah, frankly I have a bunch of THQ games that I bought non-Steam (CoH, first three DoW) and on-Steam and even though I don't play RTS games much these days (because I suck) I wouldn't want to see them go under. The only way I can understand the whinging about it is that they're scared this will be hugely popular and thus become more common, when they want the no-DRM, Mac/Linux port, indie nature of the HB to stay.

Well, tough tits. If it's popular, it's popular. Democracy in action. I've bought the bundle, happy in that I get Metro 2033 to try at less than the Steam price. If it's good enough, maybe I'll be picking up Last Light as well.

Although I am undoubtedly turning into an old man, each day I think more and more I am on a different planet to some people.

I know some of it has been edited since last night when I first read it, but that doesn't make the original comments any better

I'd call this the 'going out of business' bundle. Still, I've been meaning to play darksiders so I'll give a buck to charity to do so.

What an complete tit. He wants to play the game, doesn't want to pay anything for it and doesn't give a shit for peoples jobs.

What a guy...

Didn't even know THQ was in a tight spot. I need them to publish Dawn of War 3 :(

Bought the bundle for this selfish reason.

I feel the same way, yet I'm still in my twenties. All hope is lost.

These humble bundles have always been a very hipster led thing as far as I'm concerned, those comments just prove it.
