Lets say I shove it on advanced.

No mercy and play all episodes, how long would you approximate it would take?
I'm hoping to play through all the games over one weekend

45 minutes give or take 15 for one campaign.

Yeah on advanced I have completed No Mercy EXACTLY in 47 minutes.

And we had a speedrun with some people I can't remember and we completed No Mercy in 15 mins.

Otherewise it's about 40 - 50 mins.
