I have noticed that since today and joining not only the HH servers but any public server, I have the "CALL A VOTE" option blurred out and in-accessible.

Is this due to the new patch does anyone know? I know some options were restricted but I can't see why we can't vote in game anymore.

No, no. That has happened to me before the patch. I think it's only when you've just joined the game and goes away in 5 mins or so.
