Is it good, some reviews i heard said that the game gets boring after 2 weeks, due to alot of things like 20 second respawn and other stuff.

I found it boring after 1.5 weeks.

Campaigns and level-design are pretty damn cool but it just is always the same and versus...well, I found there was not enough to do, whatever you do it comes down to:
-wait for a good time
-use the one attack you have
-hope you can deal alot of damage before you're killed

So...if I could get my money back I would get it back and spend it on a different overhyped game.

You don't get it. The Infected have to co-operate as much as the survivors.

All attack at once, letting the boomer dictate the pace, and arrange ambushes at the best possible time and place and you suddenly become far more succesful. If your attacking a team of four one at a time it's no wonder you just die without doing anything.

lol what? My point is that it's all about timing and coordinating attacks, which is what Patch said. But then there's very little you can do differently. I fail to understand how seasoned FPS-players can be satisfied by L4D. Just feels like sliding through the game on traintracks for me, very limited and as such it doesn't feel like it has too much to do with personal ability so..why play it.

Anyway, he asked for opinions and that's mine.

When I bought it I was more interested in the pure co-op and even singleplayer to and extent.

There's no denying it was great fun playing through the 'movies' - but after 2 or 3 plays it can become a bit samey.

Hopefully with the confirmed addition of new boss/es. new maps it should expand the playability a little. Especially if these are laid out like the other campaigns.

A couple of new weapons would be nice too. I was thinking of a Heavy machine gun, CoD style- that had to be floor mounted.
Only one player could carry it (slowly), maybe only available for crescendo-type areas.
That and my katana idea :D

I've not played alot of VS, but the few times I did the moment we switched to infected the voice just went quiet and we did our own thing.
I certainly feel I havent got the most out of VS yet.

Was fun trying to nail Expert the other day with PiLsY, Ntrailz and Rizzla1..... even if I was a bit worse for wear ;)

One of those games like a big simple chocolate gateau. You scoff yourself with it for a week then dont want to look at the thing.
A few weeks later and its chocolate all over again!

Im always up for a good coop game (when I have the time). ;) It's so fun with friends.
I hope some day Ares and two other guys would have the guts to try get through a campaing on expert. (We almost made it on Death Toll, but we had a bad team.)
