Just found this:

" No Mercy Map 3 Shutter doors Exploit Blocker - This plugin takes the shutter door on the Sewer level and gives it 100,000 health, thereby forcing exploiting players to either bypass it (thereby taking the intended crescendo route) or sit there and melee it for a couple of hours. Tanks can still bypass the door in both directions, so Infected play is not changed.

Kill Blocker - This blocks the “kill” and “explode” command from clients, preventing griefers from joining a game and suiciding at the worst moment.

Unscrambler - This plugin takes the team layout from the end of the previous map and forces it on teams in the first 30 seconds (time is changeable) of the next map, circumventing the random swapping of teams on a map change, and stopping people who load maps quickly from swapping, taking a slow-loader’s place on a team before they can join.

Infected Spectator Exploit Fix - This kills a player if they join the Spectators straight from the Infected, preventing the cloning Infected exploit. It will not kill players who have to play Tank, so don’t worry about it having off side-effects. "

I like the Unscrambler the most...that really does my head in. What do you reckon? Looking at you, admins....

Thanks, but all those plugins are already running on our L4D servers. I keep a close eye on the sourcemod forums.
Your post is about this is appreciated though. :)

Other recent additions have been a HUD for the infected team, and L4D stats, ingame commands only atm, rank & top10, but a web interface will follow.

The HUD took me a little bit by surprise last night when I logged on.

It's pretty useful from a teamwork efficiency pov. Is there any way to make it a little bit smaller?

Whilst not massively so I found it slightly intrusive. Not enough to make me not want it by any means though, so don't take it off! ;)

It's mentioned in the first post of this thread, and HH servers have been patched against since the exploit was first discovered.

This is part of a closed beta test that the developer, msleeper, has given us access to.

Stats are tracked in realtime via a sourcemod plugin.

Here is an example of the kind of data being tracked for each player

This is just an entry in the players table of the database.

Once any issues with the stat tracking have been ironed out a pretty web interface will be available.
