Have installed a plug-in that offers a small game play tweak that I hope people might find beneficial. It allows you to let go when you have find yourself hanging from a ledge or whatever.

Press 'crouch' to let go when hanging.

Just giving this a trial for now, and, at the moment, it's only installed on L4D#1 & L4D#2.

There is an issue with this modification. Removed until it is resolved.

There seems to be an issue that if you are crouched before you fall that will trigger a drop/let go, before you get the chance to choose hang on or drop.

Hmm, is there a way to bind it to something else? Like Mouse3 or something?

Doesn't really work like that. One possible solution is to set a toggle that checks if you are already crouched before you fall and if so then not to allow that crouch to trigger then drop.

This plugin has been updated and should now be working without the previous issues.

Feedback and thoughts about adding it to other servers, etc.?
