Because leaving means he gets what he wants. What you should do is just stand around completely uselessly and waste the slot on his game.

Last time i got kicked was when i was in south africa and these guys kicked me cos they wanted a friend on so they kicked me :l and yes these guys didnt even ask me to leave and they were assholes
