Just played a few rounds and despite getting eaten about 12 times I loved it. A great sequel.
And I found a little easter egg type thing too ;D kinda put me off playing as all I wanted to do was stand in a room and listen...

Got to play it b4 work today. and its teh zizz First off the game looks fantastic even with my botched 1950 Ati card. The parish is a absolutely picturesque. Blizz.. erm vULVA really took the time to insert everyl ittle detail in it. Nice little juke box authentic litte bars albeit a little delapidated. Soundtrack is equally amazing with the usuall warining crescndos laced with New Orleans Jazz is just amazing. Weapon feel tight and solid ( Ares was right however they do sounds like pelet guns). The melle wepaons are amzing with shotgus packing a punch the AK seems to be direclty ported from CS and the Sniper has become tighter and is now a viable gun. the offect from the melle guns really make the spice flow from the quirky yet satifiying clangs from the skillet oe the guitar to the exorbitant blood and limb salad fro mthe machete. Truly a worthy sequel |

Translating from Wistys Creole there, I think i agree.. It's just too damn short! 2 levels. gimme the whole campaign you B*stards! Ever to pretty though. New toys to play with including the adrenalin and the vomit bomb.. interesting stuff. Love the sound of the guitar on impact. |

They finally released it about 12 last night.Played till 2am and got a quicky in the morning. Great stuff. The new infected are awesome. The charger is brutal , the jockey hilarious. Weapons are great too. Left me wanting more! Roll on November 17! |

Not sure about preformance tbh runs fine for me but so did the 1st one so I dunno. As for gameplay, it seemed pretty good to me. The change in approach to level design was pretty evident early on. Levels feel a lot more open and less linear. The pathways through changing slightly is nice. I hope they've included a lot of this throughout all the campaigns. A variety of weapons is refreshing too. All the ones I tried seemed to be useful. All in all seems like an improvment over the original. I still suspect the campaigns will get old pretty fast though tbh. Versus should be a lot more fun though with the extra specials and with it supposedly being much harder for the survivors. Oh, I almost forgot. Finding a server was really quick and painless last night, got pretty good pings too. Much, much better than the 1st time around on that count. |

I have high hopes for this game. If nothing else the vs will be good fun for a few months, without a doubt. |

Only played a handfull of games so far, and it very good, well worth the money. Do like the way you have a trade off of certain items, pistols or a melee weapon, adrenalin or pills, good selection of weapons too. Well worth the tag of a sequal and not an update. |

Really poor performance for me jsut freezes for up to 5 seconds every so often but was great fun to play |
