It appears that you can play L4D 2 weapons in the new DLC for L4D1. That's cool. Also they included the new uncommon and the new special infected. That's great.

Having just played it, this is not true. At least, if you play it through L4D1

L4d 1 version contains none of the usable l4d2 content, whereas the l4d2 version does.

The campaign it self was ok, but it's short like crash course and the finale is rather abrupt.

Just throwing this out there

there's a super 8 easter egg in it -> watch the vid to know what i mean.

Agreed on the shortness of both the campaign and the finalé.

Also, noticed something that jarred me a little. Was expecting the same sort of "What the hell is that?!?" sort of reactions to the L4D2 specials by the L4D1 crew, much like the first reactions of seeing the specials in the first map of L4D2.

Instead...."JOCKEY!" etc...

Yet to play it on VS, the TAAAAAANNKK mutation is funny as ****, and don't recommend trying to play the campaign on Single-Player. The bots all suicide off the bridge into the wave of tanks.
