Just thought I'd best check on this before I signed up for one but anyway...

How long do these matches tend to last? You see I (in my advanced age) do quite like to get to bed early and don't want to sign up for a 9pm match on a school night if it's going to go on for two hours say.

Last night the match started (after some faffing) some time after 9pm and when I left at 10:50 people were still playing.

I don't think anyone is obliged to play through until everyone wants to stop - and I'm sure Ares will chip in and say that an 8pm start is preferable purely for the reason that some of us need our beauty sleep.

For my money, if I sign up to something and it's a schoolnight (by which I mean grown up school, i.e. work) then I'll be leaving prior to 11pm so I can function the next day.

So if you want to play old chap, then by all means sign up and leave when you need to. I certainly won't hold it against you (and if we're on opposite teams maybe we can both retire gracefully at the same time, )

Actually Sarge I and many others left just after you did.

The matches should be starting at 8pm as for this reason and i always try make them at this time so everyone can get the love of these matches so dont ask me why some are at 9
