I'm not a big fan of the highlander format tbh.

It's just not that fun as a medic. Completely overworked, too many people to heal, not enough medical supplies to go around, people dying left, right and centre.

Far too much like the NHS for me.

Also server 4 doesn't support 18 players, it only has 16.

How about 8 players each, 2 meds on each team and there can only be one of each of the rest of the classes.

Ok, teams changed to reflect that. To be honest though I quite like the idea of only having one medic in a team of seven. It puts the medic under the same pressure as the rest of the team are in trying to make the best of a difficult situation, whereas two medics seems a bit more than are needed.

I'm sure a team with two medics would beat a team with one, but for gameplay purposes I think one might be better. Opens up the engineer to be more useful as well with his dispenser.

I would've thought 1 medic would play better. Since with 2 you have twice the chance of getting a game breaking uber. Whichever team gets 2 ubers first will most likely win I'd say.

Fair points Patch and Bolt. I was just going on what has been established as the optimal setup for 7v7 match play.

Havind said that, medics are under extreme pressure, even if there are 2, especially if the opposing team have 2 decent scouts.

I'm all for new experiences though so if you want to enforce a class limit of 1 on medics, fair enough.
